At Fabre Sabores, we value professionalism, transparency, and customer satisfaction. The following policies outline our terms for payment, delivery, and catering to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all customers.

Payment Policy


At Fabre Sabores, we value transparency and fairness in all transactions. Please review our payment terms below before placing an order.



1. Deposit Requirement

A 50% security deposit is required at the time of order placement to confirm and begin processing your order. This deposit secures your booking, materials, or production time. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the order and before delivery or pickup.



2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major forms of payment including:

Credit and debit cards

Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.)

Bank transfers and electronic payments



Please note: We do not accept cash payments for deposits or initial orders.



3. Final Payment

The remaining balance can be paid using any accepted payment method, including cash upon completion of your order. Orders will not be released or delivered until final payment is received in full.



4. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work or order processing has begun. If cancellation occurs prior to production or service start, refunds may be considered at the discretion of management.



5. Payment Confirmation

Receipts and confirmations will be provided electronically for all transactions. Please retain your proof of payment for your records.

Delivery Policy


At Fabre Sabores, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery service for every order. Please review our delivery terms and requirements below before placing your order.



1. Delivery Areas and Minimum Orders

Within 5 Miles: A minimum order of $30 is required with a $5 delivery fee.

5 to 10 Miles: A minimum order of $60 is required with a $10 delivery fee.

Beyond 10 Miles: A minimum order of $130 is required with a $20 delivery fee.



2. Free Delivery Offers

Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free delivery within 10 miles.

Orders totaling $250 or more qualify for free delivery on all distances (within our delivery range).



3. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on distance, order size, and availability. Customers will receive an estimated delivery window upon order confirmation. We strive to ensure every order arrives promptly and in excellent condition.



4. Delivery Confirmation

Customers will receive notification once their order is out for delivery. Please ensure accurate address information and that someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery time.



5. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made and the recipient is unavailable, a redelivery fee may apply. We encourage customers to confirm their availability to avoid delays or additional charges.



6. Policy Updates

Fabre Sabores reserves the right to adjust delivery fees, order minimums, or service areas as needed. Any updates will be communicated on our official platforms or directly to customers.

Catering Policy


At Fabre Sabores, we take pride in providing high-quality catering services tailored to meet your needs. To ensure a smooth experience for every client, please review our catering terms and policies below.



1. Booking and Deposit

A 50% security deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your catering order. This deposit secures your event date, materials, and preparation time. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the event before delivery or setup begins.



2. Minimum Order Requirements

Catering orders require a minimum total of $150 to qualify for service. Orders below this amount may be subject to additional service or delivery fees.



3. Payment Methods

We accept all major forms of payment including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets.

Cash payments are not accepted for deposits or pre-orders.

Cash may be used for final payment upon order completion along with any other accepted method.



4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 3–6 days prior to the event will forfeit 50% of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the full deposit, as preparation and scheduling will have already begun.



5. Changes and Adjustments

Menu changes must be made at least 3 days prior to the event. Any last-minute changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.



6. Delivery and Setup

Catering deliveries follow our Delivery Policy terms. Setup and presentation services are available upon request and may include an additional fee depending on distance, setup time, and event size.

7. Food Safety and Liability All catered items are prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations. Once food is delivered or setup is complete, Fabre Sabores is not responsible for food handling, storage, or temperature maintenance beyond the agreed service period.

8. Policy Updates Fabre Sabores reserves the right to revise catering policies, fees, or requirements as needed. Any updates will be communicated directly to clients or published on our official platforms
